By booking an appointment or using services at Urban Era, you agree to the following terms.
Independent Artists
All artists operating within Urban Era are independent business owners. Each artist is responsible for their own bookings, pricing, policies, payments, and client communication. Urban Era provides studio space only and is not responsible for services performed by individual artists.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled directly with the artist you are booking with. Availability, booking methods, and service policies vary by artist.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits or retainers may be required to secure appointments. These policies are set individually by each artist and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the artist.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Each artist maintains their own cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or rescheduling at the artist’s discretion.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to their appointment. Services may be refused if necessary to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Studio Use
Urban Era is a shared creative space. We ask all guests and artists to respect the environment, equipment, and other professionals working within the studio.
By booking with any artist at Urban Era, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
